That's a really interesting question!
I think it is possible, say, if you had a small amount of really prolific sperm or egg donors versus a large group of infertile people, but apparently we have naturally been 'inbreeding' for years in the West and lack the genetic diversity found in African DNA, for example, according to a recent study.
