No site will give you a direct answer, you need to compare technology today to technology of tomorrow (tomorrow meaning the past).
Think of the following: computer crimes, DNA, forensic sciences, CCTV, police cruisers, weapons, helicopters, AFIS, Biometrics, Radios, Phonetics, gear, etc. The possibilities are endless.
