How has digital technology changed our perception of art and it's meaning?

I got this question in an art paper and any help would be very useful!!
How has digital technology changed our perception of art and it's meaning?
I think it has made art more accessible. Instead of having to see a famous painting in a book or museum, people can look it up anytime and anywhere they want. And you can instantly read a biography on the artist or peoples analysis and reactions to the piece.

People can also create art in ways that they couldn't before. When you use photoshop, colors are mixed for you, objects can be immediately deleted or rearranged, and you can instantly add a texture or effect. It takes a lot of the mastery out of art, but it also makes art more efficient.
