I am a software proffessional. I am working in one stupid technology named SAPBC. closely related to SAP. (Stupid cos ther is no future).
I wanted to change my technology to SAP say ABAP or CRM. Please guide me regarding this.
I can learn it cos I have access to SAP servers from office. So is it possible to do anything of that kind?

Only ABAP fits you. But pl keep in mind that due to technology change (smart forms etc) abaper will not have good future ahead after 10 -15 yrs.
